The complete tester of gloves is developed based on GB/T 25915.7-2010/ISO 14644-7: 2004 standards to test leakage rate of isolators per hour online. It also can be used for exclusive equipment to test leakage rate of shielding system (barrier isolation system)’s gloves/sleeves.

  • Rapid air inflation; test period of every glove is 10min/each glove; 20 gloves are tested continuously

3.Mobile Glove Integrity Testing System

• Equipment integration intelligent control system, information storage, inflation system, test terminal and printing system

      •Ergonomic design, intelligent operating system, one-key start-stop, full automation execution, and no need for human intervention

     •Through HMI options, it can test gloves’ leakage rate or test isolators’ leakage rate independently

     • Scientific stress relief function and buffer inflation function can avoid from pressure resilience caused by folding, temperature changes and rapid inflation, and ensure data stability of gloves’ testing.

    • External connection 220V power, built-in air compressor air source system, and avoid from introducing external air source

   • Rapid air inflation, test period of every glove is 3-5min/glove; the number of gloves can be tested infinitely.

   • Online storage, inquiry, and data printing; 500 pieces of data in storage

   • According to customer requirements, test terminal is customized, such as roundness or oval
